Henry Ahn joins the Ridley team following 10 years’ experience as Project Director at Woods Bagot, with over 35 years’ experience in the delivery of large Design and Construct projects.

Henry brings a legacy and skill set in the design, documentation and construction of a range of project types, including hospitals, defence, commercial towers, retail centres, universities, technical colleges, high schools and corrective services.

Projects of note include Castle Town Shopping Centre for QIC, Royal North Shore Hospital, Lismore Hospital, Wagga Wagga Hospital and the Nepean Stage 3A Mental Health project for Health Infrastructure.

When asked about his recent appointment “he said, “Ridley provides a high quality of delivery architectural services that is needed in the current market through the use of specialized and sophisticated communication technology. I joined this dynamic and innovative team to be able to fully utilize my 35 years of experience through the key roles of the delivery/executive architects required for the successful collaboration between the design architects and their client’s worldwide.”

Henry’s role will include scope definition and briefing, resource planning, programming and fee calculation. He will be actively involved in major projects from project establishment to handover. He also oversees the review process throughout the project development.
