Joshua is founder and CEO of Ridley, the Digital Design and Construction Company. Ridley creates and manages Digital Buildings and Digital Infrastructure. Joshua believes that an intelligent built environment will transform the lives of millions.

Free from the blinders of traditional disciplines and processes, Joshua sees the built environment from a different perspective. He has an eye for opportunity and a fearless commitment to Ridley’s objective: to transform the property industry, break down traditional silos and to create an Intelligent Built Environment.

As a business, Ridley is dedicated to bringing the property and infrastructure sector into the digital age, bridging the gap between design, construction and operations with technology. In less than five years, Ridley has become a key player in the market working on some of the most challenging property and infrastructure projects in Australia, Asia Pacific and the US.

Joshua believes our cities need more research and initiatives that will push the industry forward and inspire greater innovation and creativity. Josh is an active contributor and participant with global research organisation the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) as well as the Committee for Sydney.

Over a twenty-year career in the design and construction sector Josh has been involved in many significant global projects, from major developments in Abu Dhabi, to the BHP Billiton Tower and the state-of-the-art Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth. Today, Josh is involved in some of the most exciting projects in the sector, including The Ribbon, developed and constructed by Grocon, the Sandstones Precinct and 60 Martin Place in Sydney.
