Ridley is excited to announce the launch of our New York office, adding a new Manhattan address to our existing Austin and San Francisco based locations.
Ridley NYC is part of an ongoing expansion in the delivery of our services across the Northeast, including a number of exciting Manhattan based projects that are soon to be announced. Strategically located in Grand Central Tech, this location gives us proximity to both the leading names in the built environment, along with the opportunity to collaborate with the city’s most promising tech players.
Ridley NYC will be spearheaded by Ian Siegel, the Digital Enterprise Lead, Northeast. Ian has an incredible passion for leveraging technology to improve the process of how major building projects are designed, constructed, and delivered.
“For years, I’ve been fascinated by the idea that the potential of BIM is much, much bigger than detecting construction clashes — digital models and the information they can contain are the building blocks to the smart cities of the future. I’m excited to join the team at Ridley because we’re turning that vision into a reality.”
Prior to joining Ridley, Ian led the BIM practice at Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects (KPF)’s New York office, guiding the digital strategy and implementation of digital processes on the firm’s high-profile domestic and international projects. Ian played a key role in the implementation of a digital workflow for One Vanderbilt Avenue, a Class A office tower in New York, NY, set to become the tallest office tower in Midtown Manhattan following its completion in 2020.
Our New York office is located at 335 Madison Avenue, 4th Floor, New York.
